It’s now December 2025 and the unit has died. just purchased this dash cam as an upgrade from my last one. After installation, it kept turning off and on then when it finally turned fully on, sometimes the screen would glitch, flickering. I took it to a certified installer who checked all the electrical wires first thinking maybe something was lose. Turns out it’s the actual display itself is faulty. I’m unfortunately two days off from my return window and have messaged customer support. I would like a replacement as I really like the design of the unit. I’m hoping this will be resolved. I’ll update if it is. UPDATE: They overnighted a replacement as soon as I contacted them. Amazing customer service. Only thing I cannot figure out, I have to reset the view every time I turn my car on. It defaults to all 3 cameras view and I have to tap the screen 3 times to get my rear view.
