It actually states on the bottle that it is supposed to clean many parts of the engine including turbos, look Zoom in on the 10 squares on the base of the label on the bottle. So I guess the answer to your question is 'yes it should help'. I use this in my V8 Vantage (an NA engine) and it seems to be good at what it was designed for however, many modern high octane fuels in the UK do contain cleaning detergents if the advertising hype is to be believed.

It does work

I was skeptical because I've used so many octane boosters/ fuel system cleaners and have had no results. But this stuff actually increased my cars mpg slightly and reduced throttle lag by quite abit. I would highly recommend.
