EVL Alpha GPC 600mg Nootropic Brain Support Supplement - 30 Servings

I had read that there may be some fitness performance enhancements with Alpha-GPC supplementation. I decided to give it a go and was not disappointed. I noticed that my workouts improved. I wouldn't say that it gave me more energy or strength per se, but provided me with a focus to push through workouts when I was feeling tired. I've actually purchased this product twice already before leaving this review. I would recommend it.

It worked great even with just 1/2 a dose in the AM on an empty stomach. Good clean focus and concentration!

I’ve only been taking this for a few days, but I am noticing better focus and retention of information. I’m interested to see what I notice after a month or so, but the first few days have definitely been a good experience. EVL always has great products and I’m glad to see that this is no exception.

I take this every morning before my workout. It’s gives me a much needed boost in terms of every, drive, and focus. Fortunately it carries over to the workday and I can maintain focus most of the day. Excellent product and I highly recommend to anyone who wants an extra edge in their day.

One of my favorite supplements! Taken daily, with food for about a month now. I notice so much cognitive function, and I also notice a big boost in my athletic performance in the gym. The focus this allows me to have really shows up in the gym when I’m lifting heavy and or lots of reps. I have noticed that over the course of the bottle that my strength, especially on leg days has improved a lot. Would recommend adding to your pre existing workout stack, you will only see more positive results!

Very helpful. I'm thankful to the creators. At first I thought it was a bit strong or intense for me. But I take other supplements and my body just had to get used to it and that didn't take long at all. And I don't combine with other supplements.

I use this supplement on days I need a little more focus getting through the end of the work day. It helps to keep my mind settled on my tasks so I can get them done effectively. I’ve tried it a couple times before a workout and it does lock you in mentally to your exercise. I have never used a product from EVL that wasn’t effective.
