Q: Is the roll on supposed to be sealed? The one I got wasn't sealed.

Mine was only sealed with a bit of tape/sticker on one side. It was untouched though.

Yes, it did leave a few stains on our kids clothes - especially light-coloured ones. We stopped using it because of that, sadly.

I wouldn't have thought so. It's like a deodorant which you can't refill.
