Boy can these things stick, even with them not being the "extra strength" ones! They still take some of my nose skin with them when I remove. It's easiest to remove them when they are warm. Make you you place them properly the first time because they do not re-stick well. They are effective when I am sick or have nasal congestion! I imagine they are helpful for those with deviated septums, too.

I love the strips. I use them in conjunction with the Vicks Waterless Vaporizer for allergies, sinusitis & colds. It helps me cope without dr visits or OTC preparations. Just breathing. They are unscented strips. They usually last most of the night if not all night long. They do not cause a rash. They are well made

I have been using these "sensitive skin" for years to sleep as I suffer with congestion at night. I have always had a good experience with these except for this last box. The strip was tighter than usual and even after slathering it with soap it was difficult to remove. It finally came off and took a strip of my skin with it! Hopefully my skin will heal without too much scarring.

This is a great product worth trying if you snore due to congestion which forces you to sleep w your mouth throughout the night. It solves the issue and lasted all night, even my partner has noticed a big change and improves her comfort and sleep quality. The clear color is pretty discrete. Worth a shot for the relatively low price. Size: It fit just fine, I think where you position it on your nose matters most, I aim for the middle, just above the nostrils. Try flaring your nose as you place it to hold that position with the strip

3M makes the best nasal strips, but Amazon makes it difficult to realize that you’re buying the wrong size. These fall off because they’re too small, and, when they are on, they don’t function as well as the correct size would. My sleep quality is slightly improved when it stays on and worsened when it falls off in the middle of the night and sticks to my eyelid. This is an Amazon problem and not a “Breathe Right” problem.

These work so good! I couldn’t believe how much better I could breathe. They’re super sticky and they stay in place all night and don’t fall apart. It’s improved my sleep a ton. One thing is sometimes if I’ve used them a lot back to back my skin feels a little itchy from being pulled so much but that’s about all the bad I can say

These are great! They allow me to sleep through the night by opening up my right nostril. It is 2/3 of the way closed from a deviated septum. Now I have seen many, many reviews, with pictures, stating and showing the skin damage that has been done by removing these strips. They have to stick well to the skin so that they stay on all night. In the morning, or whenever you want to remove them, you thoroughly wet both of your thumbs or fingers and starting at the end of the strip, you lift it up with your wet fingers going toward the middle of your nose. As you are wetting the adhesive and removing it, it comes right off with no damage to the skin. I’ve been wearing these for years, and I’ve never ripped my skin off or even had a red area. Use that method, and you’ll be good to go. Sleep and breath well everyone.

I didn't know this kind of product existed but I started looking into solutions because I was waking my partner up with my snoring. All I can say is 'Wow'. I didn't even know I needed this kind of product but as soon as I tried it I experienced instant relief. It's really incredible to feel how clearly I can breath with this thing. I've just been using it for a week, and no snoring so far. I'll need to use it for a month to see if it is really a solution for snoring. But so far, so good. The one complaint is that I have a hard time peeling off the adhesive backing. There must be a trick to it that I haven't figured out yet. But I have to spend more time than I would like struggling with it. Update: I figured out this last point. There is a split in the adhesive in the center of the strip that makes it easily peelable.
