It’s a relatively simple install inside the tank, and it works wonders ! I have underground spring fed water that is super frigid and there were puddles of condensation on my floor constantly. This ( installed inside of tank) has stopped it completely! **Q: I wonder, does this affect the flushing ability for 1.28 gallon toilets?** A: No. It’s not thick enough to displace enough water to affect flushing capability. **Q: Should this be applied on the bottom of the tank also?** A: I applied it to every surface I could reach. You'll also want to be sure the tank is VERY dry...I set a floor fan up to dry out the tank. You will also want to buy some "industrial" double-sided tape (VHB: Very High Bond).
