Perfect sign for outside my office! I work remotely and have a lot of meetings throughout my day. When the kids are home this is a perfect way to let them know not to enter and to stay quiet until it's off. I love that it has a remote and I've not had any issues with that working through the walls. I'm not able to have it plugged in so I do use the battery option for it and do tend to go through batteries more than I'd like, but I can deal with that as it's way better than not having it at all. The light on it is nice and bright but of course starts dimming when the batteries are getting low. It's a great value and I definitely recommend if you work from home and want an easy way to let others know not to disturb you.

I put this above my home office door and it’s honestly one of the best little upgrades I’ve made. I do patient calls from home, and this makes it super clear to my family when I’m on a call or in a meeting. No more knocking or opening the door and risking overhearing private conversations. Huge win for privacy. The remote works perfectly through the closed door, which I wasn’t sure about at first, but it’s been flawless. The light is bright enough to see from down the hall, but not blinding. I’ve been using it daily for several weeks now and the batteries are still going strong. It also has a plug if you’d rather keep it powered that way, but I like the flexibility of battery power. It’s really lightweight, so I just used adhesive picture hanging strips and it hasn’t budged. If you want a permanent setup, it does come with mounting holes too. Build quality is solid, and it looks sharp — not cheap or flimsy at all. If I had to nitpick, the brightness isn’t adjustable, so you just get one setting. For me it’s fine, but it would be nice to dim it down at night or tweak it depending on the room. Overall, great quality for the price, super easy to use, and it does exactly what I needed it to do. Definitely worth it if you work from home, stream, or just want a simple way to signal “do not disturb.”

Love this so much Working from this is so helpful and it makes us giggle Revised: tried to use with batteries but the batteries don't last long. So we bought a long USB A to C cord, and some clips to plug in the sign. Working great.

I use this to warn the family that I am on camera in a Zoom call. Reduces shouted questions as they walk into my home office that may create awkward moments. I gave it one star less simply because it is mostly useful if powered from an outlet - the batteries last a very short time.

I bought this for my son as he has a studio and he needed to put this outside his room so we would know when he was making a movie. It stopped working within two weeks. He didn’t want to tell me because he didn’t wanna hurt my feelings. If he would’ve told me, I could’ve returned it.

Pretty cool sign! Runs on three AA batteries or a USB-A to USB-C connection. I opted for batteries and use it with a remote in my office. It was easy to mount and has an appropriate level of brightness. The remote also does not require line of sight, which is awesome for turning it on while my office door is shut. I can’t to speak to the durability since too new, but I am impressed with the initial quality and recommend.

Hooked this sign up on my office door for when I have client calls. Works great, but runs through batteries rather quickly. I expect that this simply because I forget to turn the sign off when I'm off calls. After plugging in a USB-C cable to it on a power brick, it's been flawless. Highly recommended.

We use this light in our radio station. The light works well indoors. Mounting holes are provided. A USB C cable is supplied, with the assumption that it is to charge batteries that have that ability. The light takes 3 AA batteries. The on-off-on rocker switch works well. The upper setting turns the light on continously while the center position is off. The remote is in the lower switch setting. However we had to remove the plastic battery activation tab to allow an electrical connection on the included remote which has 2 buttons, on and off. The first few times the remote did not work. We removed the battery, checked the voltage with a lab VOM meter and it tested very good. The battery was reinserted, the light switch was cycled a couple of times, and the remote now functions as expected. Would buy again.

Ich hatte schon länger ein Leuchtschild im Einsatz fürs Homeoffice, wenn die Kamera an ist, damit niemand sonst aus dem Haushalt versehentlich ins Bild läuft (womöglich direkt aus der Dusche...). Da war allerdings der Komfort gering, denn man musste es immer an einem Schalter direkt am Gerät an- und ausschalten. Nicht so toll, wenn das oben auf dem Schrank steht und man sechs Calls an einem Tag hat. Im Rahmen der Home-Automation musste also etwas Smarteres her. Dieses Schild hat schon mal einen ganz großen Vorteil - es läßt sich per RF-Fernbedienung (433 MHz-Bereich) an- und ausschalten (einen "dauerhaft An"-Modus gibt es auch). Was wiederum für mich bedeutet, mithilfe eines Broadlink RP4 pro kann ich das Gerät an Home Assistant und damit auch an Stream Deck und OBS anbinden. Das hat in der Praxis auch super geklappt. Sprich, nach Anlernen der Fernbedienung in Home Assistant via RP4 pro geht bei mir nunmehr das Licht automatisch an, sobald ich in OBS die Szene mit der Webcam aktiviere, und aus, sobald ich eine der anderen Szenen wähle oder OBS zumache. Super. Anschluß erfolgt per USB C (sehr gut, endlich mal eine Firma, die nicht die unsäglichen Micro-Anschlüsse verbaut), alternativ gehen auch Batterien, habe ich aber nicht ausprobiert. Hinreichend langes Kabel liegt bei. Was gibt's sonst noch zu sagen? Auf jeden Fall Maße checken vor dem Kauf, das Gerät ist etwas kleiner als erwartet, aber immer noch groß genug. Und auf der Rückseite gibt es ein paar scharfe Plastikkanten, das hätte man schöner machen können, gibt aber noch keinen Punktabzug. Für mich das beste Schild dieser Art auf Amazon (andere sind entweder nicht fernsteuerbar oder nicht per USB mit Strom zu versorgen oder sehen einfach nicht so "echt" nach Radiosender aus).
