Can you use this without a dispenser?

Don't believe so because it works on vacuum system used with dispenser (wall fitting). It could be very messy to use it any other way.

Does this soap require water to wash away? I am looking for a solution to office cleanliness that can be wall mounted without requiring water.

Dear Customer, SCOTT® ESSENTIAL Foam Everyday Use Hand Cleanser 6340 requires water to wash away. The foam lather helps to wash hands thoroughly, but rinses off more quickly than traditional soap resulting in less water usage and time spent per wash. Any hand soap that we offer will require water to rinse. The only products that we offer that do not require rinse/wallmounted are: • Kleenex® gel sanitiser code 6382/6383 • Kleenex® sanitising wipes code 7783/ 7784 (canister) However to remove dirt from your hands handwashing is required, the above products are sanitisers not hand washing products. Can you refill this bottle as i want to use it for sanitiser gel. no water needed

Yes, you can open and refill them. I haven't tried to use them for sanitizer so I can't say if it will work just as well or not. When these are pushed to release it comes out as foam, soap comes out fine also. I hope this helps.

foam its really very good and ideal for children too as it dries very quickly
