Petmate 290300 Kennel Travel Kit for Pets

This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased this product and have no complaints. My initial concern was kennel screws but they fit perfectly and were sturdy on two of my Petmate kennels (different size Petmate kennels). If you’re traveling for the first time you will need the drawstrings, since on my American Airlines flight they were used to secure the gate, so make sure to bring everything with you. All will be used. Enjoy!!

We used this to transport our Toller pup from MSP to PHL with no problems. Of course, we packed extra pee pads, zip ties, duct tape, etc. just in case. Never needed the extra stuff, especially the pee pads, despite the fact that the pupster is taking steroids. Of course the pad was damp on one side, no leakage into the crate, but he did a good job of peeing as far into the corner as he could. We moderated his water intake BEFORE leaving but gave him water for the trip. He was in no stress. No problems installing the cups. No problems attaching the labels as I first wiped down the surface with alcohol. It's amazing that some think this is over priced. What does that mean? It's only $11, kids, and it's a one shot deal. Geez, this crowd would boo a sunrise.

We used everything in this kit. It was a life saver when we had to put our fur baby on an international flight via excess baggage. It well worth the price at the time and saved us a lot of time and stress.

Kennel is great. The XL is too large to be airline approved even if you have a larger dog.

The kit came with love animal stickers, food log, bowls, zip ties and bolts with nuts and potty pads.. the kit is great but: When we put the stickers on the carriers that night we had a little wind, the wind took the stickers off we had to find the stickers and tape them to the carriers(recommend a different stickier glue be used) The bowls were too small for the dogs we had and when I attempted to attatch to crate the clips broke easily so be gentle. The zip ties came in very handy and there was plenty. The potty pads were big enough for even a large crate. The assortment of different sizes bolts were awesome and the nuts were big and easy to use, I just wish the kit had more so 1 size could be used for the whole crate. Instead of using multiple sizes one 1 crate. The live animal stickers were great but need additional ones to cover all 4 sides of the crate. With this kit my dogs were able to fly safely and legally. With plenty of comfort. We will be using this kit again!

This little kit made traveling with our dogs so much easier. Some kennels just don’t come with all the things you need- and having to individually collect each item required for them to be airline ready was a hassle. This kit had everything go we needed- all in one place.

Perect fit on our 300 and 500 series kennels. The only weird thing is the bolts are not all the same size. There are 15 medium ones. 5 long, and 5 short ones. Luckily there were enough of the medium ones to fill all the holes and make it work.

Fast delivery, and great communication, seller recommended. As for the product it is okay, the pad is quite big, bowl is a bit small but i guess it depends on what breed of dog you have. nuts and bolts worked perfectly, the only downside is not enough stickers. you would need to purchase more of them separately.

Ideales para los transportines. Tienen de todo. Las etiquetas adhesivas, los seguros plásticos, incluso unas tarjetas con identificación. Me habría gustado que tuviesen unos tornillos más largos porque para el kennel de mi perro más grande (de unos 90 cms de alto el transportin) el tornillo más largo casi que no le sirve así que tengan cuidado si los compran para transportines grandes.
