The nylon body is very strong and the supplied straps likewise. The 8 loops on one end of each strap also make putting the hammock up a very simple affair. I would have used one without the bug net so this was also an added bonus. I'm 6'1" and weigh about 80kg and have been in it with both of my young children at the same time, so it can easily support my weight and more. It's amazing how small and light it packs down too. It'll certainly save me a few kgs on my next wild camp.
