BlissTrends Foot Rest Under Desk, Foot Stool with 2 Adjustable Heights

I didn’t expect a foot rest to make such a noticeable difference, but this one genuinely improved my comfort while working at my desk. The foam is supportive without being too firm, and the two adjustable height options make it easy to find the right position depending on how long I’m sitting. I originally bought it to help with lower back and knee discomfort during long workdays, and it’s definitely reduced strain and improved my posture. The rocking feature is also surprisingly helpful for keeping my legs moving throughout the day. The cover is soft, easy to remove, and washable, which is a huge plus. It also looks clean and professional under the desk instead of bulky or awkward. Overall, this feels much higher quality than I expected for the price. Very nice little footrest for underneath your desk. It has a nice height (albeit not exactly as tall as the picture leads you to believe, but not a problem) and is made of comfortable material. I was actually surprised by the non-slip texturing on the bottom side of it as I have hardwood floors covered by a desk mat and was not sure how itd stay in place on the mat. It stays in place just fine and grips hardwood easily! As some others have said you can flip it around and use it rock but i like the top side the best. Very sturdy, cover is washable with ease, and has many other uses than just under your desk, I used it in bed to elevate my foot when I got hurt. It isnt really "adjustable", really meaning you can separate the curved part from the flat bottom, but still very nice!

The items is as described. Took a star because it said 2 height choice but using only one pad is almost useless. I hope the foam stays sturdy enough over time. I like that the covers can be removed and wash. We shall see...

We haven't figured out the adjustable height option, but it is a good, sturdy footrest in the non-adjusted height option. We use it on our boat at the helm for the Captain to rest his feet. It came in a compressed package but when opened it turned into the sturdy foot stool as described. The length and width are perfect, and the material seems that it will clean up nicely. We'd buy it again. We purchased the dark grey. It looks expensive.

Its a great height out the box and its helped me a lot with my knee pain, since I'm not crossing my legs anymore under my desk. Its very easy to adjust and setup out the box.

The "adjustable height" description and photo is misleading. I thought there would be a way to make it taller by pulling up the top piece but that is not the case. You can only remove the bottom layer. Otherwise this is a good foot rest. Very basic.

This is the best for long day sitting in office, has 2 sides so that you can move your feet around. Best thing to rest your feet!

Ok so let the foam "inflate" overnight before giving it a review. When I received it, I was unconvinced. It is not quite as advertised, which is why it gets 4 stars, but I'm using it now and it will work for my needs. It doesn't look like the pic but that's ok in this case because it should work for my desk.

value for money and good for resting the legs.

The hight is not adjustable and all it is is soft foam pads with very little structure. The thing after a few weeks of use has deflated considerably. Not a good buy.
