Too much pepper
Just because I can have gluten or dairy it seems that they over season with pepper or spices which not everyone likes

Basically a very expensive passata …
I thought I’d try this out as it’s almost impossible to find FODMAP safe soups on the shelves in the supermarket, so after recommendations I purchased 3 pouches. I can honestly say I’m glad I only purchased 3 - it’s bland, watery & very disappointing! It’s basically passata with water added, plus a few other ingredients - I couldn’t even taste the red peppers at all; there was a hint of black pepper I think. To make this soup palatable I added vegan cheese, garlic infused oil & vegan milk, but it was still pretty disappointing … I would not recommend these soups, it’s cheaper to mix passata, water, herbs & milk & call it “Soup”
