I really like taking this food joint supplement and it takes away my inflammation if I have any that day no side effects no stomach upset, ease to swallow. I feel like I'm getting the health benefits from this I will continue to buy.

It did work, the advertising said it will work in one week, but for me took a month to see the results, but I have a very bad case or arthritis with my elbows burning in pain, like someone lighted cigarettes on my joints after physical jobs or exercise. I was starting to evade the gym a cause of th pain and that is unhealthy. Now the discomfort is minimal,but is more than a pain killer, is feeding my joints from inside out. Truly like it's name states is Joint Food. The results maybe not fast, but you see results and a lifestyle change welcoming again yoga, zumba, strength exercises and a healthy you does not matter your age. I am in my second bottle now, is expensive item, but I deserve to get my healthy and younger body back and live free of pain to enjoy my adventurer outdoors lifestyle.

Good product, but the price has gotten too expensive. I ordered when it was about $34, it is now $69. I ordered a different product that works just as well

After watching a thorough program about this product that explained in detail of all its "one-of-a-kind" benefits, I thought it'd be worth trying. However, I faithfully took Nordic Healthy Living Joint Food with Tamasteen for a month and experienced no difference in any of my joints whatsoever. It would be worth the $60+ price if it works, but it doesn't. (I'm still a young adult so perhaps this product is more effective and beneficial for seniors or older people, though I heard it was good for anyone suffering joint stiffness, achy joints etc.) This is not the only joint supplement that fails to deliver: many other high-brand, high-priced joint supplements and multi-collagen supplements that I have tried also failed to do anything for me. Too many multi-collagen supplements that I have tried (and I have tried many of the best) would speed up my pulse and/or heart-rate, and the ones that didn't have this awful side-effect didn't help at all. The only joint supplement/collagen supplement that I have experienced great benefits in my joints and in my skin is amazingly the most affordable one available at my local store (and online): Health By Habit Collagen Supplement -Vitamin C & Vitamin E - 2000mg. At only $8.88 a bottle, this far cheaper supplement has done far more for me than all the expensive ones combined. My body can handle it, its safer and healthier, and it works. I divided the recommended dose, taking two in the morning with food and then two in the afternoon with food, and in a 1-2 months, my shoulders and knees are much more fluid (with no cracking/popping) and my skin is more vibrant. So before you spend way too much money (or spend money unnecessarily), always try a more affordable supplement. Understand that "cheaper" doesn't necessarily mean "less quality" or "less effective": a cheaper supplement may just be the best for you and the very one you're looking for.

I know everyone's chemistry is a little different but these work for me wonderfully.
