Purchased these because I workout from home but don't have a lot of space. I had worked through my lighter bands and needed something with more resistance . These are perfect for what I need . My significant other and myself both use them for a variety of exercises . He was very impressed at the strength of these resistance bands. Comes with a workout sheet . I hung ours in the wall so even if you're not sure where to start these are helpful. Comes with a nice bag so they can be taken with if you're traveling so you never miss a workout . There's a good variety of resistance strength and the bands are marked clearly on the straps .

I had to replace my old bands that are starting to break down. My old ones were good for the price. These ones are definitely more heavy duty. The metal rings and spring links are are much thicker than my old ones and there is no worry about anything breaking down with them. The material is thick, it has a very nice blue color, bands and handles are all very sturdy and multiple stitching that won't tear away easily. The weight of each band is very easy to see. They are a bit heavier than I thought they would be but I am a bigger person and don't mind the weight. Overall, I would rate it a 5 just because they just seem well made for the price. Let's see how long they last.

These things are great. I love them. Use them every morning. Great elasticity in my opinion not to stiff not to soft. Hopefully they hold up

I’ve never used these tubular bands before. I don’t know for example, how far to stretch the 85lb tube to get the 85lbs of resistance. How would I know if I’m getting the 85lbs? What if I put an 85lb and a 65lb tube together thinking I’m curling 150lbs, when in fact it’s only 125lbs of resistance? Other than that weird situation, I actually like them. Would have given 5 stars but the quality isn’t 5 stars. The leg straps are starting to become frayed. The material on a couple of the rubber tubes are also slightly frayed. Just from use. I do take care of them. They’re hanging on the back of my door. The integrity of this equipment is still good. May 6th will be 2 months of workouts for me and I’m liking the control of “weight” I have. The more you extend the tubes the more weight you push. No more stopping & adding or removing plates. 1 step forward or 1 step back. Takes little space and much much more lighter than 350lbs of iron.

I got these to get some variety in my work out routine. I normally use an X3-type system and get a great work out, however, it is sometimes awkward to change the bands quickly to maintain my heart rate. Enter these bands. At first, transitioning from one band, or set of bands, was slower than my other flat bands, but then I got the idea to put them all in the door stop strap and switch them out as needed. See the photo. I was hoping I could use these bands on the bar on which I use the flat bands. They aren't designed for that. Too long. As such, you really can't do much of an effective chest/pec movement that will get your chest pumped. Nor can you do an effective dead lift. So I still use the bar and flat band for the dead lift and Push-ups for the chest. You can do Flys with these bands, but it's difficult to maintain steady resistance. You can do squats, but I can't due to a bum knee. Instead, I do an Asian "horse stance" 3x for 30-35 seconds each time. Great isometric exercise. Other than those two exercises, you can do pretty much everything else to get a great workout. The bands are well made, the stitching is double, making it secure, the door stop is extra large so it won't detach from the door. Just make sure you use it in such a way that when you stretch the bands, the pressure is pulling the door closed. All in all, I'm pleased with the set. So far, 5 stars. If anything changes, I'll update

I have been using the bands 2+ times per week for 4 months and the bands show no signs of breakage or ware. The handles and carabiners feel sturdy and are a good enough quality to handle any combination of the bands provided with the kit (30-85 lbs). The handles are also very comfortable, even at higher band settings. Though I initially thought the poster would be of no use, I did get a few effective ideas from it. So I would suggest, at the very least, taking a look at it. So far, the whole kit has performed flawlessly and has done precisely what I wanted it to do.

Worth the money. Quality product. Decent accessories. Good for traveling and warming up before intercourse.

This set considerably sturdier than a lighter version I tried first, so worth the extra few bucks. I was replacing a single cord that had worn after several years, am sure these will last at least as long and the heavier options in this set are more appropriate for even an average user (I am not a bodybuilder, just average build doing daily workout). In general these bands are nowhere near the labeled resistance levels so def better to size up so you get decent level of resistance. Handles also sturdier and more comfortable.
