Update: Put it on charge for the first time and found out the charger or battery didn’t charge, I used the contact info on the help part to email them what had happened, they swiftly responded to me and sent me out a new battery and charger, the next day before lunch time the battery and charger arrived, that’s top customer service. Well done ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ace *by M***R on 23 April 2023* Never used an electric staple gun before so wasn't sure what to expect. Was very pleasantly surprised. Tool feels good quality, instructions were easy to understand and battery was more than sufficient for my project. Used to staple several thousand staples through breather membrane in to floor joists using 10mm & 12mm staples. Did on a single charge with no loss of power and only around a dozen staples didn't penetrate correctly. Itbis also really easy to reload.
