Não sei como é possível o comércio de produtos usados e danificados pelo Amazon. Tive que retornar o pacote. Não deu para testar.

Love the Frother
Overall, I give this a 5/5! Easy to use, the water holds enough water for my family if 6, and the water filler is easy to fill. Best part: The milk frother is my favorite!! I feel so spoiled having the froth on my coffee like a latte. I have found that whole milk (I use A2 whole milk) froths the best. It can be aggravating though if I’m making more than one cup of coffee because I can’t make the coffee and froth the milk at the same time. Brew strength: I have to set the strength to bold each time because the machine makes the coffee pretty weak, but it could also be because I use the regular kcups. Space: It’s not a small machine, so I would not purchase if you’re looking for a slim and space-saving machine.

Not able to add to wifi with android phone
Machine works fine. Cannot connect to wifi. This wifi is just for my iot devices and is only 2.4g with the correct security protocol. Tried unplugged for 20 seconds, factory reset. Figure it probably works better with the iPhone app instead of android app. Had used an autogenerated password so then went to change account password but can't change it unless I can enter the auto generated password in clear text which I don't know. Getting frustrated by this time OK I'll delete the account and set up a new one on the iPhone tied to the same email. Then you have to fill out a web form and get told it will be 3 days before your account gets deleted. Update 8 days after my complaint, they have requested the serial number have told me no phone help desk support and they will try to pass to IT department to help me.
