There are 3 sizes of ear pieces to help make the fit better too. People i talked to really liked the quality of sound on their end and I could hear very well on mine. **Q: Is this conformable to sleep with them on? Like if my ear is on pillow** A: yes if you are a back or belly sleeper, if you turn or sleep on the side of the earpiece it will pop out or hurt because of the pressure. there headsets specifically for sleeping you may be better looking at. I have found the bluetooth headbands work the best for me, the speakers are fairly flat and don't enter your ear at all. Best of all, you can still hear normally too **Q: If anyone has had this longer than a month, how is the battery life now?** A: I use it all day every day at work, charge it for 1.5 hrs and it lasts for 5, i have gotten it to 7 on low volume and no calls before. I had mine for 9 months and got a new one because the battery life was crap after so much abuse but it didnt fail until about a month ago **Q: Can this be used with a full face motorcycle helmet?
