Sellerilla will take the order, give you an estimated delivery a few weeks out, then provide you with a FedEx tracking number. That tracking number has NOTHING to do with your order and package. You can call FedEx directly to check on the status and you'll quickly find out that the tracking number does not match with your name and address. Whatever package is being delivered under that tracking number will be delivered to another person/address in the same city, not you. I love using the BIOTONE Lotion when adding essential oils, it takes really well and the consistency is great. Still pumps wonderfully. I recommend a new bottle for each scent you plan to use. It can be quite a challenge to wash out the scent from the bottle and pump completely. **Q: Does this 8 oz bottle have a locking pump?** A: I thought mine was broken because I could not get the pump to work. It was locked into place. I took it to my PT guy and he did something simple and it worked. I cannot remember what he did. Sorry. But it is not you. **Q: Do you also sell the pumps that attach for dispensing lotion?** A: They do sell pumps for certain sizes separately.
