I’m certainly not a massive coffee addict but felt I needed something to save the trips and my money from the bigger chain coffee shops. This was exactly what I needed. Cheaper than the more well known coffee machines but made of excellent build quality. Its black and silver which matches my other appliances in the kitchen and looks timeless. Very easy to use and has high pressure for a good brew. It has a button to steam the pipes for easy cleaning, the steam tray is easily removed and overall pretty painless to wipe down the surface. I do wish the resevoir was a little bigger to hold more water. But overall very good starter for a coffee maker. Would highly recommend!!

Cannot enjoy my morning coffee. It's weak and watery.

Using pre-ground beans, I haven’t got a grinder yet, this machine produces a great cup of coffee. I don’t know if it’s the extra pressure it uses to push the water through the grounds but it always delivers an excellent crema. It heats, and reheats, up very quickly with plenty of steam for the milk frother. Even using semi-skimmed milk, it froths really quickly. This isn’t the cheapest espresso machine available but I think this shows in the excellent build quality and hopefully longevity and durability of a kitchen gadget I hope to be using often for many years to come.

It only took me about ten minutes to figure out how to make a coffee, and use the milk frother. The instructions themselves aren't amazingly clear but the machine is so simple it's not a problem. I've never used a coffee machine before, managed to make a lovely latte first try! The frother is very powerful, so prepare yourself. Update/2025: I noticed some people having issues with this machine in the long term, so thought I'd give an update just to say my machine is still working fantastic! My milk frother did get clogged a few times, I've bought a pipe cleaner which makes quick work of that. :)

I already have a Nespresso machine, but wanted a budget friendly machine which could do fresh ground coffee. The pods are getting more and more expensive. The coffee produced has a nice strong flavour and a rich crema on top. The milk frothier on the side takes a bit of learning but once mastered makes a really good latte. I like strong coffee, so for a latte I do a double expresso and then pour the frothy milk in a tall glass. The machine comes with single or double expresso inserts, and the scoop/compactor tool. Really pleased with my purchase and already getting a lot of use.

The coffee machine it was new and we tried for the first time and during this process it is exploded, my husband get lots of burns on hand and body, lucky it was him there and not my son. It is a complete danger in the house, I returned for a full refund

Have had to return this as it was leaking from the base. I kept finding water on my worktop and first thought that I hadn't put the water tank on properly but I found that around the water tank was dry and that it was coming from the base. It did do quite nice cappuccino's , the milk frother was really good. Would have kept it if it hadn't leaked.

The machine is great, easy to use and makes great coffee. Would definitely recommend this machine.
