It is a good source of energy which I need at 84. It is ubiquinol which is said to be superior. Irrespective of colour or shape it works well. Moreover it has asphaltum (shilajit) which makes it far more effective. Highly recommended. One minor caveat. The expiry date should be indicated in larger font size to enable easier reading
