Excellent aroma when I opened the bag. Instructions said 1 teabag for 7 oz. boiled water. I put 1 teabag in a 12 oz. cup and filled it from hot water tap on my water cooler (hot but far from boiling temperature). Less than a minute later licked the spoon and could taste fennel. About 5 minutes later it was very strong - the way I like my tea. I make it with some lime (crystallized powder or concentrated juice) and artificial sweetner. After enjoying a few cups of hot tea, I brewed a gallon for iced tea. Also worth mentioning - the price is great!

It may be a plain tea bag but the tea is excellent. I really am enjoying this tea first thing in the morning. The value is 100%. I also like the foil package it comes in to seal and keep the tea fresh.

Tastes like fennel! Makes a good tea to settle your stomach before bedtime.

This is a good tea for me having to drink warm tea (no sugar) in the late afternoon. I am glad that this is caffeine free and non GMO.

Good price but very weak. We have to use 2 bags to 1 cup to bring the taste to other fennel brands.

This was a different brand from the one we usually buy. Yes its good, but you need more tea bags to get a good brew. The former brand one tea bad did it.

I am very happy with the fennel seed tea. I have been eating a pinch of fennel seeds in the evening. It has a black licorice taste, which took me a few days to get used to. The tea on the other hand has a milder and more enjoyable taste. I also like the packaging. The tea bags come in a zip-loc bag which is nice. As a bonus, my purchase came with a bamboo tong. It is lifting and squeezing the tea bag. It is a nice touch.

I actually really like this. It's savory, not floral or sweet in any way. It's almost like drinking in the smell of a freshly baked pizza. That might seem weird to some people, but I find it enjoyable

Buy these teabags regularly, The best tip I can give you is leave them to brew for the designated time of up to 3 minutes. This is when you will experience the best flavour from this brand. Otherwise, excellent value if broad correctly

Mild. Not overwhelming, quite soothing and flavourful enough to drink it daily as a digestive support! I love the packaging - this is one of my favourite brands of tea sold on Amazon.

I bought this as an alternative tea after being diagnosed with gastritis - fennel supposedly helps with acid reflux. I can't say I've noticed it reducing symptoms but it certainly doesn't make it any worse. It's really tasty although you need to brew it a while. I'm pleased to be able to support an eco-conscious brand with the convenience of Amazon shopping. I'm deducting a star purely because of the tongs - I'm not sure what the point of them is, the one time I used them, they split the bag. Could very easily do without them in the box.
