Love this light, I believe it helped me through my winter blues. That why I gave it a try.

Bought 4 of these. I kept 1. 3 more as gifts. Use in Oregon winter months while getting ready for the day. One was given to my uncle who was in comfort care and bedridden indoors. He had a window, but felt maybe he could use this also. Which he did.

Really enjoyed using this over the long dreary days of winter to enlighten my mood!

Doctor suggested this light during winter and foggy/gloomy days in the Central Valley, CA. I can tell the difference when I dont use it. I just turn it on will getting ready in the morning.

Awesome I hung it on the tall lamp beside my bed. My physician suggested placing it by my bedside to use first thing in the morning. It works great & has helped my seasonal depression.

Extremely cheap quality. The power cord that comes with the lamp fell into pieces in my hand. Specifically the plug-in connector that goes directly into the lamp. I went to push it into the lamp, and it crumbled in half. Now I can’t use the lamp.

I struggle with SAD and my doctor suggested that I try light therapy, so I picked up this light box. I have only been using it for a few days but so far, so good. Very bright and I love the timer.

SMALL AND TIDY and very bright. This is the best light for a dark work room or bedroom. Really happy with its use so far (couple months of winter use).

Product definitely helps for beating those winter blues you get. Overall I'd say this was worth the purchase. Light is pretty bright and stimulates your brain at the right distance from the face. No joke: DON'T look directly at the light. It will strain on the eyes if you do! This can suck because you have to fumble with the buttons below the lamp to adjust brightness, timers etc. As the product description states, this is a wired lamp. So keep that in mind if you need to do wire management. If your adapter (which must be purchased separately) is loose, the slightest movement will cause the lamp to turn off. My biggest gripe is with the flimsy stand that the product comes with. If I move the lamp even a few degrees, the stand can collapse and the lamp falls flat on its back. All things considered, this was a good first buy for someone starting out with therapy lamps. Good value for money!
