Seems good so far.
I'm not into paying new prices for phones, nor do I care about incremental upgrades every year. If you're like me and got about 8 years out of your last phone which was on its absolute last legs and needed replacing, you probably found yourself here trying to find a deal. And, I think I might've. Because of what I outlined above, I opted for a three year old 14 Plus (unlocked) model to replace my beaten and worn XR. The condition I opted for was the middle one. The phone came right to life and the battery health showed 85%, more than acceptable. There were very minor scratches on the side and around the rear camera, again more than acceptable. The scratches on the side were completely covered by a case and the ones around the camera don't affect its function and honestly probably won't even be noticed by others. The screen was mint and so was the rear glass. The phone I was sent must've been from an Asian region as the language that came up by default was one I didn't understand at all, but it wasn't difficult to swipe around a bit and get it changed over to English. Saw a couple others note that as a complaint, but it really shouldn't be one. Took mere seconds to get the language sorted out. Zero complaints with function as of day one. The setup and transfer went seamlessly. Will update in the future if anything goes wrong, but as of now I'm happy with my purchase, a couple blemishes and a couple model years for about a quarter of what a new rig runs you for is a good deal far as I'm concerned.

Good condition, But is like new. 😀
The phone came packaged with a charger and a charging box. It is almost like a breand new phone straight from apple, the battery health is 85% and that is quite good from what I have received from another company. The phone works amazingly but I realise that I wasn't able to switch over my esim untill I was logged in and the phone was updated to the latest version of iOS. The screen is almost spotless and though there was a white glue like consistency on the top of my phone, and I can tell that it wasn't cleaned in certain areas like my notification switch, which made it Hart to use, once I cleaned it it was like new 9.6/10 I would deffinetly recommend..

Upsetting
I purchased a refurbished iPhone from Wireless Resource in April for approximately $330. Unfortunately, the device turned out to be defective. For nearly three months, I believed the issue was related to my cellular service. During that time, T-Mobile performed extensive troubleshooting to determine why the phone was unable to reliably make or receive calls, send or receive text messages, or consistently connect to the network. After exhausting all service-related troubleshooting, I was informed that the problems were caused by the device itself. I was also advised that the phone contained non-certified replacement components, which were believed to be contributing to its ongoing performance issues. As soon as I learned the device was defective, I contacted Myerlysource and explained that I had initially believed the issue was with my carrier, not the phone. I provided details regarding the extensive troubleshooting that had been completed and asked whether they would make an exception to assist me since the defect was not discovered until after the return window had expired. Their response was simply that the return period had closed and there was nothing they could do. No exception was offered, no alternative resolution was provided, and there was no attempt to work with me despite the circumstances. I understand that businesses have return policies; however, I believe customer service should also take into account situations where a product defect is not immediately apparent and requires extensive diagnosis before it can be identified. Spending $330 on a refurbished phone that does not function properly is a significant expense, and I was disappointed by the lack of willingness to help resolve the issue. I am sharing my experience so that other consumers can make an informed purchasing decision. Based on my experience, I encourage prospective buyers to take your business elsewhere, and ensure any refurbished device has been thoroughly tested and repaired if iPhones with Apple ceritified compnents with quality components before purchasing. I will be flling out a BBB complaint, reporting to Attorney General office so that they are on file to help any other customer along with a review regarding service and concern they did not display to warn other customers not to purchase from this company especially if you have a Apple device they are using non-certified Apple components in iPhones, which can end up a nightmare and a loss money and phone for the customer

It's a BRAND NEW phone
First off, I never write reviews, but after my recent experiences I thought this might help some others. Needed to replace an aging IPhone which was still working great, but a lot of apps needing newer IOS. So, not looking for the lastest/greatest, just a good update. Decided IPh 14+ was a good option. Here were my first 3 strikes : 1) I purchased an “Excellent” OPEN BOX phone from Best Buy. It came in a box sealed with Geek Squad tape. When opened, the phone had tons of fingerprints all over it, front and back; not a great first impression. After going through the startup process I was greeted with a screen that informed me that the phone had remote management software installed on it. Basically unusable. 2) I returned it and they replaced it with another “Excellent” OPEN BOX. Same thing – both phones had been previously owned by some company (now out of business) who had loaded remote management software on the phones. So… these are expensive, unusable bricks, and shame on BB/Geek Squad for selling these phones to the public. 3) After that experience I decided to give Amazon a try and bought a phone supplied by WOOT, as I have had good experiences with other Woot purchases. The phone arrived in a beat up generic box with the inside packaging worse than the outside. On the positive side, the phone was cosmetically very good with no obvious scratches, etc. So, everything looked good until I checked the battery health. 81%. NOT GOOD. Yes, it meets the described spec of >80% for their “Excellent” condition, but will going to be into the Apple service condition in a couple of weeks. Returned to Amazon/Woot and waiting for refund. After reading a ton of reviews I decided to give it one more shot and get a “Premium” condition directly from Amazon.com. Most of the reviews of these phones were much better than all of the other vendors. They are definitely more expensive but come with a 365 day warranty vs 90 day and spec at >90% battery life. Phone arrived today. It was VERY nicely packaged in a SEALED shrink wrapped professional looking box. Opened the box and found a phone with what appeared to be the original Apple protective film still in place on the front and back. Battery was dead so after a quick charge I was able to check battery health…… 100% and 0 charge cycles. Basically this is a brand NEW, NEVER USED phone. I can’t say how impressed I was after three bad experiences. I saved a couple $hundred compared to BB or Apple and got a brand new phone ….. It’s all about the journey !!!

Conditions
I recently bought the unlocked "Premium Refurbished" iPhone 14 Plus (256GB Blue). It was my first time buying from Amazon, and I was hesitant because of the many negative reviews I saw from other sellers, so I chose the Amazon seller. The iPhone arrived in perfect condition, without scratches, dents, or performance issues, and the battery was at 100%. It came with a one-year warranty from Amazon, which is excellent. The iPhone 14 Plus is fantastic; the battery life is impressive—it lasts all day. It's an excellent purchase for anyone looking for a premium iPhone at a good price. I recommend both the phone and the refurbished program for their quality and value. If other sellers offer the same quality and warranty, it’s could be a good option. I would definitely buy another model from them in the future. I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s not brand new, and the cable and adapter aren’t original, but it’s in excellent condition “premium”.

Great buy for the price ‼️
So it’s been 2 weeks, maybe a little more since I ordered this phone & it’s been great. Clean, no scratches, everything functions as a iPhone should. & for the phone to be 3-4 years old the battery life is great. It was on 83% capacity & the battery life has been great on it. If I use my phone steady thru the day I typically only charge it one time. It was quick & easy to switch over everything from my old iPhone to the new one. That includes my service with straight talk. I highly recommend buying from this business. My order was on time also. Ima be buying my phones from them moving forward in the future. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazon making returns harder with Ai assistance
Received the IPhone 14plus overall looks good, some scratches on the side edges. The screen looks good but the screen has air pockets underneath at the top on left and right side. The separation is very noticeable I tried to use the Amazon return on the app but after clicking the defective button the Ai feature doesn’t work. I clicked the contact seller option and I’m not sure what happens next but if it’s like the Ai return feature I could be screwed. Turns out the seller contacted me and I have to admit the panic wasn’t necessary because they had put a screen protector on the phone when I removed it the screen was not broken after all. Removed the screen protector and the phone is fine. Thanks again for the seller resolving this issue

excellent product
it was like brand new. if it was in an apple box, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference from a brand new one. I have been using it for a couple of months now, no issues, and battery health was at 98 when I got it.
