I started using this brand a year ago while I was on a ketogenic diet for insulin resistance, and I’m still using them today. I’ve tried Prüvit, and it’s very similar in effect and taste at about 3x the cost. I think all ketones taste horrible, it’s just the nature of the product - slightly bitter and salty, disguised by the sweetness of mixed berry. Yeehaw! 🤠 But these are really high quality ketones that I hope to be able to buy for a very long time! Recently I was diagnosed with POTS, and iykyk, we must consume sodium in excess compared to the normal body. I thought I would try this instead of paying for LMNT or Liquid IV, as the sodium content in these ketones is pretty significant. Not only are these cheaper than name brand electrolyte supplements, but they do indeed provide me with energy and improved performance, mental clarity, and they stave off hunger leading to slight weight loss, even though I’m no longer on a ketogenic diet. 10/10, I highly recommend!

I love the taste, the orange is also great, it works if you're on a keto or carnivore diet/lifestyle… These are good and they give you the electrolytes too

Love the ketone and caffeine boost of the Elevate, much better than coffee in the morning. But the Mixed Berry flavor is a solid "meh". The only flavor that I think is good is the Lemon, of which they are sold out of at the moment, and doesn't come with caffeine. Better flavors please.

I ordered this along with a keytone meter. I can say with certainty, that this formula works like it says it does. After the longest year ever... i have gained almost 40 pounds. I got married in Jan, I dislocated my ankle 5 minutes before our wedding. Then my husband had a stroke in May after 5 months of marriage, and he has not been able to return go work due to being unable to walk, but was released to full duty the day released from the hospital because we were in between health insurance. Things have been rough. I have a lot of thing going on to attempt to help me lose weight. I decided it was time to better myself with our world falling apart. It's the only thing in my life I can truly control. I intermittently fast, as well as body reset fasting for my migraines (Not recommended for someone without longer fasting experience or medical supervision), along with natural blood sugar lowering pills (Berberine) and MCT supplement pills. On August 16th, I was 234.6 pounds with visceral fat measuring 14. As of September 8, 2023. I now weight 220.8 with heart fat measuring 12.5. I very obviously have a long ways to go on my journey. I started this in July weighing 254 pounds. I have been faithfully drinking the real ketones for a while now and they have truly turned my life around. When I'm not able to order from here... i have found they have boxes at our local grocery store in the health food section as well. I have turned several people onto them at work. Even they measure their keytones. Whether it be breathalyzer or pee strips, you can truly test and show that this works. That and all of them have lost weight (and some of the guys their guts). Drinking the drinks I stay in Dr boz ratio of 10-30 and my gki constantly hits 1 or lower. Both help your body on the cellular level. Keeping your food portions in moderation (And low carb) and drinking these drinks... you can achieve your goals. - I will also admit... I don't workout much. I'm actually a very sedentary person. Imagine what you can achieve if you have that drive!

I deducted two stars because of the cost and how strong it is for a full packet. When I first started keto, I thought that I needed to constantly replenish electrolytes, which is true, but definitely do your homework on how you can consume electrolytes by nutrition first. When I first checked for electrolyte powders that would keep you in ketosis I found that these were highly rated but very expensive. I went ahead and gave it a try the day that I got it in the mail and it was very tasty, kinda thick but not overly, it does dissolve easy. The instructions says to consume it quickly so I tried to do so after I mixed it in a 16oz bottle of water, not such a great idea, mix it with less so you aren’t water boarding yourself. Anyway, after a little while I thought wow I feel great, lots of focus and since it has caffeine I felt incredibly energized. The next day I did the same and my body was like “woah slow down there’s too much electrolyte and it’s not needed” so I started feeling off, nauseous and mental fog. Now I know not to consume daily, only when I feel like I need it due to lack of energy and when I do take it, I only do 1/3 of the packet per dosage. These are gonna last me a while with how little it takes, but honestly I’m not complaining because it does cost an arm and a leg. And oh yea these are gonna make you poop at times, like clenching cheeks you sure hope you make it kinda poop.
