This lumbar support has been a game changer for me. Our furniture does not offer any lower lumbar support and we’ve been looking to purchase a new couch. But we just can’t find anything that we like that is within our price range. So I decided to look for something that would help my lower back and found this. I’ve had it for about a month and let me tell you, it is wonderful. It is a little stiff when I first started using it, but it gave me immediate pain relief in my lower back. A month later and it’s softened up a little which makes sitting even more comfortable. I love it so much that I am ordering one for my husband.

I spend 8+ hours a day in my office chair, and I was starting to deal with constant lower back tightness. Since adding this Lumbar Pillow, the difference has been night and day. What I love: Perfect Density: The memory foam is firm enough to actually support your spine but soft enough that it doesn't feel like a brick behind you. Versatile: I’ve swapped it between my office chair and my car seat for long drives, and it stays secure in both places. Pain Relief: It really helps me maintain better posture without having to think about it, which has significantly reduced my lower back pain. Stay-Cool Fabric: The cover is breathable, so I don't get overheated even after sitting for a few hours. Bottom Line: If you're looking for an affordable way to make a basic chair feel ergonomic, this is it. My back feels much more supported and less fatigued at the end of the day.

Although the measurements for this lumbar support were listed on the ad I found it was bulkier than I'd expected. I especially found the lumbar bump to be larger than I actually need. I'm going to keep it because I can use in in my office for both lumbar support (when I slouch in my chair) and a head rest for my office chair (slouching again). It is VERY slippery and tends to slip out from behind me. Keep in mind I only use this is a leather office chair so it might work for you if your are going to use it in a fabric chair. I also plan to take it on the airplane so the fabric slip shouldn't be a problem there. On the positive side it did give me strong lumbar support and was comfortable to use.

Excellent item. Help me tremendously recently. Even using it upside down provide support that can adapt to the surface you’re on. Great overall buy.

Gives good support. Mine came without a zipper to remove the cover for washing. Deducted stars for that reason.

Great to treat lower back pain or prevent it. Throw in the washer to clean. So easy to use love the colors. I take in the car on long drives, perfect size.

If you need a comfortable lumbar pillow, this is it. It works great in my office chair. I am dealing with a herniated disc from a car accident, I thought I need a new office chair but this pillow is a game changer.
