Sold Defective Piece - Broken Selection Dial
Was sold a defective piece. The `Dial` to control the options near the screen was defective - it was loose and turning it did not result in cycling through the options. Amazon refused to refund or even schedule a pickup despite multiple, repeated requests via app and phone support. I feel cheated, especially given how expensive the product is.
