Cuisinart Pizzelle Press, WM-PZ10, Bakes Two 4-Inch Italian Waffle Cookies, 5 Browning Settings, Nonstick Plates, Stainless Steel, Silver

I've had the press for almost a year and I'm still enjoying it a lot. The pizelles produced are excellent cookies / pastries. The booklet that provides the recipes is a good start, but I've been having fun trying out different flavors, colors, and little tweaks for the season or event. Very easy to clean from the large amount of butter included in the recipe - no sticking to the non-stick surface. It was very easy to figure out the temperature that works for the consistency I want.

I used to use the older model of this when I was living in the states and with xmas coming around I was really craving pizzelles so I decided to import one to Japan. I received and tried my pizzelle press today and I didn’t have the issue with hot steam/water droplets collecting under the latch. The light takes a while to turn off once you’ve put in the batter but that’s ok. Just wait for the light to turn off and turn back on again. I’ve always found setting #3 to be the best setting to bake these cookies at. I use a little teaspoon to scoop the batter instead of the spoon it came with bc I kind of like irregular edges more than I like having to pick off the parts that spilled out of the mold. The press comes with a recipe book and I’ve always followed the basic pizzelle recipe in there, but this year I modified the recipe because butter is so expensive in Japan. I subbed 6tbsp oil in place of the 8tbsp butter and everything turned out fine :) we’ll see how the cookies fare as time passes, but so far it hasn’t been too much different from when I made them with butter :) Great press.

I’ve been aching for a pizelle press for years and finally bought one. This Cuisinart WM-PZ10 is great!! I did NOT get the “teflon” type, but opted for the silver, instead of the coated one. This one is so easy to clean! Even I was amazed! You can find tons of pizelle recipes on the internet. I love them dusted with a bit of powdered sugar.Great with morning coffee too! I want to make some chocolate pizelles and make ice cream sandwiches from them. There are also recipes for savory pizelles, which I want to try. This is a FANTASTIC press...it gets very hot and is easy to clean. What more could you want? The recipes make a lot of dough, so I just keep it in the ‘fridge. So glad I purchased this!

Good: makes a beautiful, crispy little pizzelle! Easy to use, the measuring spoon provides exactly the proper amount of batter, the non-stick really is non-stick. Cleaning is quick. The only problem is the handle/locking mechanism. It gets extremely hot to touch while baking, so I had to resort to a potholder to open when ready to take the pizzelle out. The small latch makes this very fumbly. However, the quality of the end product is such that I will definitely keep it. As an aside, it's going to be dedicated to gluten and dairy free baking, and so far , using the provided recipe with a measure for measure substitute GF flour and margarine, (as well as mortar ground anise) they are delicious.

I have wanted one for years and I finally bought two for myself and one as a gift. This machine is the best. Love using it for the holidays I like to add different colors in small bowls with the dough and pill a little bit out of each wit the litt black spoon that comes with it. The dowel that is also included is great for making small cannolis once you take the dough off the griddle and wrap it around the dowel and hold in place. It’s so much fun to do different cookies with it. Cusinart has always been the best

Works good . Easy to use . A lot smaller then expected . Don’t think it was worth the money they charged but it’s a good buy . It didn’t work as good for the other flavor ones . The regular ones came out fine but we made chocolate and they came out weird . Also the third time we used it they came out soft . Maybe my grandmom didn’t cook them long enough idk

Purchased as a gift, we already have one very similar but older. Took the new one out to make sure it works. Heats up as it should. Someone is going to be happy!
