Love the flavor
Love the flavor! Not acidic due to the dutch process. Rich and delicious I bought this when guittard dutch process cocoa rouge (what I had been using) was out of stock for a long time. This one is more expensive and seems better

Sublime Cocoa
I've been trying different high end cocoa. This one is dreamy. Delicious deep, deep red color. I mainly put it in my coffee but I imagine it would be sublime to bake with.

This is hands down my favorite dutched cocoa. Good fat content, great dark rich cocoa flavor. It’s the only one I buy! I have tried others but none taste as good to me (I’m picky about chocolate).

This is really good chocolate. I made butter cream frosting with it and everyone raved. I then bought a 16 oz. bag for the next endeavor . It is expensive but to me worth the price.
