POPULAR BOTH IN EUROPE AND THE USA. COMES IN A ONE POUND PLUS VACUUM SEALED FOIL PACKAGE SO IT STAYS FRESH. WE LOVE IT AND BUY IT A CASE OF TWELVE (12) AT A TIME SINCE IT IS CHEAPER IN BULK. RECENTLY OUR AMAZON SUPPLIER RAN OUT OF THE ONE POUND PLUS (17.6 OZ) PACKAGES SO THEY SHIPPED 24 OF THE 8 AND A HALF OUNCE PACKAGES GIVING US A BETTER DEAL ON THE SMALLER PACKAGES. THIS IS OUR "GO-TO" COFFEE. NOT AFRAID TO TRY OTHER COFFEES BUT ALWAYS COME BACK TO THIS ONE.

We love this coffee and have purchased it numerous times in packaging of 12. This last purchase was Feb 25, 2024. We have used 7 packages to date with nothing out of the ordinary however when we opened and used the 8th we noticed a very stale unpleasant taste. It was unusual and we checked the packaging date and found it to have been packaged 12/19/2022 with a best when used by date of June 2024. We go through about 1 package every 20 days, and realize that there would have been no way to use the product before it's best by date. That would put the product best by date well after the use of the product. Unfortunately since the return date has long past we are stuck with the 5 very stale coffee packages. I suggest the the product be rotated in such a fashion as to allow for the entire box of 12 be within the Best By date.

The product arrived with 2 bags where the vacuum seal was broken. Checked the taste and it was stale and tasteless. Looking over my last order it appears Jacobs changed their bags from the sturdy bag to a less sturdy bag. You can tell from the outside with this new bag, shiny and flimsy. Go back to the old design and thickness. . Good coffee deserves good packaging or else poor quality shows up. SHAME, SHAME

Wonderful coffee, very smooth and tasty with none of the bitterness or bite of darker "gourmet" roasts. Much more fresh coffee flavor than standard American brands. It's great to keep in the cabinets at both our home plus our vacation place because it keeps a very long time with the vacuum seal. (The square shape also means it is very efficient when you have limited cabinet space.) I used to think you had to cut these open with a scissor, which was always messy, but I realized you can pull apart the top seam once you open the paper top with the pull-string. Then the coffee stays super fresh because you can neatly roll down the bag as you use it. (One of the packages in my case arrived punctured, breaking the vacuum seal, so we used that one first & it was still excellent.) Will buy again!

This is the best ground vacuum sealed coffee I have tried to date. It is significantly better that what we get in coffee shops. I highly recommend it.

My parents used to drink this coffee , and me growing ip with this was an easy choice. Delivery was fast and price is same as the shops but you get it delivered home. Quality is same as always as i drink this for over 20 years now. My favourite flaver is the original and it is great. For more courageous experiences i am sure that all flavours are good.

The price of this has gone up massively recently. Despite this, I am still buying, what is, in my opinion, the best value to taste ratio coffee.
