Nice little Preamp, I have it connected between a Douk q11 DAC and a Douk A5 amplifier, probably a little overkill kill but all in all it gives a lovely warm sound.

This small package does a good job to give you a warmer sound. I did buy the improved valves they recommended and have not tried the originals. They will do as spares. The controls are nice with bass and treble controls adding nice tones. The input for the stick might be ok for low quality mp3's but high quality ones stutter.
