Tastes okay, mixes well I mix with less water but that's personal taste. Good product, does what it says

Fantastic product
Great product. It really works. After starting going to the gym, I was getting a lot of pain and stiffness for 2-3 days after. Taking this straight after gym has stopped that problem and I feel fine the next day. Also, my elderly parent gets bouts of illness and is drained for days afterwards - I give her these drinks and she picks up so much faster. Really life changing for my family. Thank you for a fantastic product.

It works, acceptable flavor
Taste is acceptable, slightly sweet and salty but that is to be expected. After my first drink I felt more energetic and recovered. Need to use longer to be sure. Luckily my order did not arrive in clumps. At least the 1 sachet I used today wasn't. The vibrant color had me worried that they use artificial dyes but upon reading the ingredients they only use beet root powder. Which is good. Not a huge fan of the box shape. Too long and thin makes it inconvenient to store.

Great for avoiding hang overs
I hardly drink alcohol, when I do, I don’t want a nasty hangover. So I drink one of these before bed, if I feel tipsy or drunk snd not had a hang over so far. They size is great, can take the little sachets out with you. Taste is strange, but okay. Help keep you hydrated, very effective to avoid hangovers. Mixes really well, no lumps

Fab for those who struggle to drink especially the elderly
I use recuperol for my nan who has alzhimers who struggles with fluids. Shes nearly 90 and we have tried other things like jelly drops. She really enjoys this and drinks the whole thing. It also helps keeps her topped up with her essentials vitamins too. These are really good and i would recommend them for anyone who struggles with hydration. We follow recuperol on Tiktok

Artificial flavour
Sadly this product wasn't for me. Tasted powdery and expensive for what it is. Didn't notice any change in my energy level either. Maybe works better for some than others, just didn't work well for me.

Great product
Really happy taking this everyday. Didn't think I was hydrated enough, suffered with the occasional headache, this just eradicated them and I feel great!
