This printer printed a few pics okay, then it became useless. For the product to work the photo must come in and out of the printer - there’s plenty of time for it to have a paper jam or to lose recognition of the cartridge. Do not buy, save your money. Print local, this is not reliable. Cute, wish it functioned correctly. It’s a name brand printer and we expected quality. Photo is of all of the cartridges we tried to trouble shoot with. The photo would never come out.

It has a lot of neat features, fun borders, no boarders at all, or can look like a polaroid. However it is bluetooth, so you have to download an app. , I was hoping for something that could be used without an app. Something you could just plug into and print from any phone, I do not want the app on my phone. The app was giving my son some issues with his phone and it took a while before we could get it to work. For some reason it would not print from the cartridge that came in the printer. It says it was good for 8 pictures, but it just kept saying install new cartridge, we tried taking it out and putting it back in but no luck. This would have been devastating if I had not bought extra pint cartridges since this was a Christmas gift. All in all, I think he will enjoy it and he was thrilled to get it and it will go back to college with him.

I looked at many printers and decided on this one because it was 3 by 3. First picture got halfway through And then jammed. Second picture was terrible quality and jammed. Third picture got so terribly jammed that I couldn’t remove it from the printer, and the film was everywhere. Returning as soon as possible-hoping another one works. Sad that this was the only 3 by 3 printer and it’s terrible. DO NOT BUY.

Al momento de imprimir la foto, el cartucho venía mal puesto o defectuoso porque imprimió la foto con la tinta amarilla y de ahí se atasco, la impresora comenzó a expulsar el papel de tinta y venía roto. Luego cambié el cartucho (tuve que desatorar el papel de tinta) y con el nuevo sí funcionó. Ya no pude pedir reembolso por esa parte del producto, un cartucho entero desperdiciado.

Pésimo producto. El papel se atascó y de ahí en más no lo pude volver a usar.
