Very effective, just put on tongue and push to upper part of mouth to dissolve. Fast action on wind or that bloating feeling. Ease of use.

They really work. The first time I took one was when I was feeling painfully bloated before my period started. After 15 mins I farted once every 3 minutes for the next hour, and boy did I feel better. They only work IF the problem is gas - they won't remove bloating from water retention. Good value for money, similar size to a Rennie and easy to swallow. For anyone trying these after laparoscopic / keyhole surgery - I tried these after a keyhole surgery to try and help release the leftover gas in the pelvic cavity, which was causing a lot of discomfort and pain in my right shoulder. These do NOT directly remove that gas (CO2) as there is no direct escape from there into the digestive tract. The only way gas gets out of the cavity is through the blood vessels lining its walls, and the process can be sped up by (safely) increasing blood rate, through gentle movement. The Deflatine still helped get it through the digestive tract once it got there, but it's not as simple as taking them and farting all the leftover CO2 out.

Very for bloated stomach and indigestion

These are really great if you’re suffering with aside reflux or flatuence. You can have quite a few throughout the day, when needed. Taste nice, and got rid of the pain in my stomach. Quick to work too. Chewable, so no need to worry about trying to swallow them.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Better than most. Worked for me eventually, after taking the maximum over 12 hours. A bit pricey but you'd pay anything to get rid of trapped wind.

I used to just take normal antacids, but they never really touched that painful, bloated feeling you get after a heavy meal. These are different because they specifically target the trapped wind, and honestly, the relief is almost instant. They have a fresh minty taste—a bit chalky like all these types of tablets are, but perfectly easy to chew and not unpleasant. Within about 15mins of taking two, the stomach pressure usually disappears. If you suffer from that uncomfortable "tight stomach" feeling rather than just standard heartburn, these are the ones to get. I always keep a strip in my bag now just in case. A proper lifesaver after a mega sunday roast!

IBS sufferer and these tablets are better than medication I’ve had off the doctor. I was amazed how quickly they sort that awful painful bloat out and due to the sorbitol in them they also help move things along (my IBS causes terrible constipation) Already bought my 2nd box. I bought these because my local supermarkets were out of indigestion tablets, and these weren't as expensive but had more versatile usages. First off, they're chalky. Rennie's always have been, BUT they work really quickly and in my opinion better than other leading brands. With them being chalky you might not want to suck them, but you can also chew them and they're easy to swallow. In my experience they've got to work straight away, relieving any discomfort in a pretty short space of time. Often feeling relief only a few minutes after taking them. Where other brands you might take 2 tablets, I've had rapid relief from using just 1 of these, calming my stomach, and helping me get a good night's sleep. The loss of 1 star is purely because they are very chalky. If you suck them they seem to coat and colour your tongue. Chewing makes that less of a problem though.

I discovered these tablets when I was traveling in Europe this past summer. Within 30 minutes, my acid reflux was under control and didn't return, giving me a restful night's sleep. Now my brother uses them, too, and won't take any other product.

It's not something anyone wants to talk about but if you're having trouble, look no further. I have had it all antacids, the pink stuff, you name it, but nothing works like this. Low carb, high fiber diets can cause a lot of trapped gas. For me, that also causes extreme nausea. I don't want to look nine months preggars either. This stuff works and fast. If I know I'm having 5-10 cookies that I've made from scratch that have a good amount of fiber and sugar alcohol, you best believe I'm going to follow them up with one of these. Trying resistant starch powder or just eating potatoes that have been cooked then cooled on a 3-5 day potato hack? If you have a compromised digestive system, if your microbiome (ecological bacterial gut system) is off, then that's going to create a lot of gas. Be sure to follow up with one of these. If you normally have a lot of gas from "normal" food, you should look into improving your healthy gut bacteria with some of the things I've mentioned.
