Are the white tees a pack of 3?

Yes and depending on what u select, i selected white on one order and colors on another, it's very good quality and they do shrink a size down. Its been over a year my son still.wears them no rips or holes. I'll definitely order when he grows out of these.

Need 10 to 12 size. Is that a medium ?

I saw there was a size chart on the right side I needed a 5/6 ( and ordered 1 size up so it was an Ca, s is 7/8 I believe..

What size should i get for a 24 month old?

It really depends on how big or small your 24 month old is. My boy was very small until he was about 36 months. However they do run small, I ended up getting him the 2T/3T and they were fine. I wanted them longer for the winter months so that can tuck them way into his pants to prevent drafts on his back. Hope this helps.
