Very clean
I combined this with a neti pot style bottle. Your nose feels very clean after this. There is no pain while rinsing. I also found their sinus spray a good combination because it can travel further up. I took this because I have allergies which I suspect may be fungus related. Itโs just day 1 so far but this works very well.
