SUUNTO A-10 Compass: Compact, simple to use recreational hiking compass

It works very accurately and smoothly as you can see in the short clip I made. Feels good plastic in the hand and of high quality.

A basic, but very accurate, well-made compass. No levelling bubble on it, but it's fairly easy to level without one. It would have been nice to have had a protective pouch included, but for this price you can always buy one if you need one.

Decent compass,could do with magnifying lens on baseplate.Scales could be more simply set out.Apart from these minor blips,compass hasn’t let me down yet 👍

Great quality at a very good price. It’s small enough to leave dangling from my rucksack and takes the place of these small cheap ‘pocket’ compasses available. Nice

Seems to work fine. I have no other compass to compare it with but the North direction looks accurate.Happy with my purchase.

Doesn’t appear to be filled with liquid, this is mentioned in a lot of other reviews. Doesn’t appear to prevent it from doing its job though, just makes it feel a little like a toy compass! Apart from that there is nothing to complain about, including the price. Note that the round plastic disc that looks like a magnifying glass, is not. I reckon it’s a default build base plate also used for other models with a magnifying glass.

After wasting time with cheap imitations that failed to point north reliably, paid a little more to get this and it is well worth it. High quality product, made in Finland

You will see that the quality of this compass is on the far end. For me ill rather pay a bit more for a durable product.

Es una brújula cartográfica básica. Tiene todo lo necesario para la orientación, unas ayudas de escala, y nada más.Es cómoda para trabajar con el mapa aunque los bordes son cortos para trazar rumbos a objetos lejanos, y al carecer de alidadas la precisión de las medidas tomadas sobre el terreno no es la mejor, aunque suficiente para un uso excursionista. Si se necesita mayor precisión habría que buscar otro modelo.
