Very pleased with this purchase. After trying several “XL” pill holders from other brands that didn’t have large enough compartments, this pill organizer is perfect! It’s very nice looking, easy to load, easy to store, easy to use. Feels like good quality, and at the very least water resistant. I forgot to mention in the video that the bottoms are flat and you can stand these upright. You can also stack them laying down on top of each other. Would recommend. I think they would make a nice gift too.

Easy to use, Lot of space for daily meds. Sturdy enough build.

Very nice weekly planner for your meds. I take 10 to 12 pills a day between my medications and supplements. I still have room to spare so it holds a lot and it's only about size of a TV remote (only a bit thicker). I took one star off because as other have mentioned about the U shape cut out in the outer part of the case. It's not a deal breaker but certainly an inconvenience. I just make sure to hold the case with my thumb covering the cutout when I pour out my pills for the day (included pics for better explanation). If you don't you will end up with some pills from the next day as well. The aluminum shell is sturdy and it seals very well when closed. I would would still recommend if you want something a little more discreet then a traditional pill planner.

I like these pill cases. Very slick looking and seem sturdy. No little snaps or hinges to break. Uses a soft silicone gasket for keeping moisture out and keeping it sealed with just the right amount of friction to slide open and closed without difficulty. **EDIT- I found the missing gaskets so ignore the bit about the gaskets.*** I ordered three of these. Two cases were shipped together, another single pill case was shipped separately. Both delivered on the same day. The one that shipped alone had no extra gaskets. The product description states "(including 2Pcs extra sealing rubber rings)". So my only complaint is no extra gaskets with one of the cases so therefore there is a lack of consistency in product packaging. All were packaged well and sealed with tape.It also has a "Strong Minimalist Sophistication" according to the box packaging. Yeah I guess so.

The wells for the medications are very narrow and hard to get my fingers into. So when I need just my morning pill, for example, I have to invert the item to pour all the pills out for that day. But there’s a divet in the aluminum that exposes the next day’s pills, allowing some of them to spill out also.

This thing is great. Using this has been the most effective pill case I’ve ever used and it has allowed me to remember to take my pills more than before. Since it is aluminum I can throw it in my field bag without worrying it will be crushed. It is also easy to clean and feels much more sanitary than the little plastic ones I used before.

I ordered this cuz I liked the larger size but it slides smoothly rather than having notches like the one my husband has. So you have to hold it careful in its spot so it doesn't slide and the next days fall out, but also there's that notch you can see at the top. When you open it to your day that notch is open into the next days pills so you have to kind of cover that with your finger and not have anything fall where it shouldn't. Very bad design and very disappointed.
