Structure & Usability: Well-organized with guided sections, fill-in prompts, and step-by-step exercises. Highly Recommended!
One of the BEST BOOKS I have ever read - about how our mind works!! I love the way she explains the science behind how we think and encourages us to think better, make good choices, and improve our mental outlook on life. It's the first book I have ever read that helps me understand the Bible in a scientific manner. I highly recommend this book to everyone!

Writing style could be better.
It definitely has changed my life. This is the second book written by a doctor and their writing isn't smooth and makes it more difficult to understand. I am not in the writing business, but I think an editor would have been beneficial.

Perfect companion
This workbook is the perfect companion to the book. The note margins are generous. I write every morning in it until complete. Now I'm going through it again to re-read and add more.
