the signs really good sadly the dimmer didn't work i got it just caused the sign to keep flashing and it gave me a headache while trying to sort it but without that the sign works perfectly its very bright

Arrived really well packaged before the expected delivery date. Works exactly as expected. We are using it on a flower wall for a hairdressing academy. Had so many compliments on it. Couldn't be happier. Nice and easy to use. Looks super effective. Can change the brightness and mode to have it flashing if wanted.

Lovely sign but unfortunately the plug is dodgy so sign doesn’t work properly. Been trying to resolve the issue with the seller but it’s still ongoing. Spoke to an electrician who was concerned about the safety of the product. Very disappointed as we spent a lot of money on this sign which doesn’t work properly, I wouldn't recommend!

The customer service was really good, I messaged to say I needed it to arrive as quickly as possible and they did everything right. They sent me three drafts before I was happy with the final one and then sent my light to me. I didn’t expect it to come within a matter of 10 days as it said the delivery date was sometime in September. They were really responsive and easy to communicate with. They kept me up to date and made sure I was happy with the drafts. I’m really happy with my light and will be using it at my party. I bought this for my dad for Father’s Day for our games room. I was able to personalise it how I liked, and was contacted after ordering to confirm my design before it was made. They were really helpful and kind and it is exactly what I wanted! It came with a dimmer and it goes very bright against the wall. I would 100% recommend!
