Aside from being the most viable solution ~for me~ for using less plastic ... this stuff really works! It's easy to mold around oddly shaped dishes and it stays in that shape as long as needed. It keeps the food very fresh and does not immediately cause condensation. Plastic wrap always causes condensation which makes food spoil quickly, and is gross when it touches the food. The ROLL of wrap was a far better choice for me than pre-cut sheets because I am able to cut pieces accordingly ~ from little sizes to fit very small things to much larger pieces for baking sheets, AS I WANT. We all KNOW what WE NEED individually, better than anyone else, and the roll gives the freedom to utilize the wrap most efficiently and get the best value for our money.

What a pretty and easy way to wrap cheese and have freshness stay intact for not only days, but I have found that it keeps fresh for weeks. I love that it's reusable many times
