As a breastfeeding mom, I’m really happy with these Nature Made Postnatal Vitamins! They’ve helped me maintain my milk supply really well, which was something I was worried about after having my baby. So much better than prenatal
Great option for postpartum and breast feeding. Was using prenatal but they didn’t have enough vitamin D and other specifics for postpartum. Great single capsule dose, easy to take.

Excellent for nursing mothers!
These are excellent for my postnatal needs, it focuses on not just the nutrients needed for me but for mothers that are breastfeeding so it also has has ingredients that are meant to benefit the baby as well during breastfeeding. Even if you aren't breastfeeding, it's still works rather well and helps me feel less fatigued.
