You really can't beat the price of this eyeshadow primer. I put it through an 11-hour wear test during the spring, and I was impressed that I had absolutely no creasing by the end of the day. My eyeshadow stayed put and looked great throughout wear. The formula is lightweight and easy to apply, and a little goes a long way. For such an affordable product, the performance exceeded my expectations. Now I'm curious to see how it holds up during the heat and humidity of summer, but based on my experience so far, this is definitely a winner.

This product far, FAR exceeded any and all of my expectations! It really does work, and it works so much better than anything else I've tried! Although it sounds ridiculously silly to say, I'm actually rather in awe of this product since this is the first time in 30 years of doing my makeup that I can get my eyeshadow to stay put---and it's easy to use and completely comfortable to wear! I have deep-set eyes with a heavy (and oily) lid, so no matter what tricks I tried, I could never get my eyeshadow to last more than a few hours without having that oh-so-irritating crease line appear. Frankly, despite my hatred of ruined eye makeup, I'm also way too cheap to spend a lot of money on an eyeshadow primer, so I had tried a variety of drug-store-ish products with no luck (even the allegedly famous Milani eyeshadow primer did absolutely nothing to mitigate my creases). So, when I bought this on a whim while it was on sale, and I expected just average results---but, I'm pleased to say, IT'S AWESOME! With this product, my eyeshadow has not creased even after 18 hours in hot, humid climates! This primer is the first one that actually keeps everything in place so that I don't have to worry about touch-ups! A little dab of the product goes on smoothly and dries down in about 20 seconds, and I think eyeshadows still blend just fine on top of it. I *LOVE* the fact that I cannot feel this product on my eyelids when using it---thank goodness for none of those weird or sticky residues like with many primers. For extra staying power/success, I do recommend dusting your lids with a bit of powder (I use setting powder) BEFORE adding this product to really keep things smooth all day long. Overall, I can't believe that I have such strong feelings about something as innocuous as eyeshadow primer, but this product is AMAZING. I'll shout it from the rooftops for all my crease-challenged friends, this stuff is worth the try!

I’ve been using this product for over a decade, and it’s still one of my favorite primers! I used to be able to buy it at the dollar store, so it’s definitely been a longtime staple for me. The only downside I’ve noticed recently is that it now has a noticeable chemical smell that wasn’t there before. This has happened with the last three primers I’ve purchased, so I’m not sure if the ingredients changed or if it’s a batch issue. Thankfully, the performance is still the same! If you don’t mind the smell, this primer is honestly a great affordable option compared to many others that don’t perform as well. I have combination skin (both dry and oily), and I have hooded eyes, which means my eyelids tend to get greasy and can make makeup break down throughout the day. This primer helps my eye makeup stay in place from 6:30 AM until around 10 PM, which is amazing. I also wear waterproof liquid eyeliner (NYX), and even after 12+ hours of wear, it still holds up really well. I’ve even gone to the gym while wearing it, and I trust that my eye makeup won’t smudge or completely fall apart. Of course, after wearing makeup for that long, natural oils will eventually start to come through and you may notice a little smudging, but that’s expected since eyelids naturally produce oil throughout the day. Overall, I’m still very impressed with how well this keeps my eye makeup looking fresh. I would definitely recommend this product, especially if you have oily eyelids or struggle with your eye makeup lasting all day. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the new chemical smell that wasn’t there before.

I have re-ordered this multiple times. It’s a great eyeshadow primer for very inexpensive price. I put it on in my eyeshadow last all day. I highly recommend this product.
