Can this be used to make a curry if cooked with coconut milk?

Yes. It is a curry seasoning powder. I sprinkle it on sautés potatoes and mix it with mash potatoes etc etc

Yes its is spicy, but not a HOT spice as we add bonnet peppers to the curry too and its has a very nice flavour.
