Got these to replace wired headset. Great sound, easy to connect with dongle, no problems hearing ppl or anyone not being able to hear me! Use all day with no low battery issues, charge every other day. I bought over 6 pairs of headsets and these are the only ones that do not give me a headache and they are light! If you are looking for a great queens headset that lasts all day where you don’t have issues hearing others, GET THIS PAIR!

Took a chance in buying a headset at this price range. Used it to do my office work at home, and it performed much better than I expected. Sound quality on speaker is good, noice cancelation on microphone seems to be doing its job. I was able to pair it with both my office phone and my office laptop with ease. Switching from collaborating with co-workers on the laptop to talking with clients on my cellphone has been problem free so far. Although the printed instructions were a little off at some areas, the functionalities were quite simple to understand without the instructions. Function buttons and switch layouts are great. Big button in middle handles the calls, volume up and down are in front and back of the headband. On/Off is a toggle switch away from the other buttons, so no accidental turning off, and the mute button is right on the tip of the microphone boom. Very intuitive! I'm all thumbs and had no problem pressing the buttons like I did with other much more expensive sets. I would recommend this item.

I was very happy with all the features of this headset, particularly that is was bluetooth so I was able use untethered. However, I purchased in July '23 and they only lasted until March '24 (less than a year) when they stopped working. No longer connects to laptop via the dongle, nor to my phone. On/Off switch vocally alerts to when you have a connection...no longer. I will probably purchase again, but this time get the 2 year warranty. Decent price for decent quality. Recommend getting a warranty.

So I didn’t have these for long and the chip broke and from the manufacturer they sent a 10$ coupon to purchase a TP link outside of them. I did that but my head set still does not work. It’s been hard to try and get something to help me figure this out. I did spend money on the head phones and now I can’t use them and the company doesn’t seem to be able to help much. The chip is fragile and does not last long so just Becareful or you can’t get your money back and the head set will be useless if the system does not recognize the TP link they want you to buy apart from them.

Comfortable head set. Audio and mic are great. The mute button doesn't work when using Microsoft Teams so you have to click your screen icon for mute. Only bad thing is that I use this two days a week when working from home and it stopped working at 6 months. It will not connect and keeps turning off one second after it attempts to sink with the dongle. Bummer. I would give it four stars if it was still working. Two Stars because I have barley used them and they should not fail so quickly.

I always used Plantronics and I realized they dropped the ball quality wise so it was a time for a change. These headset was very easy to pair with both my laptop and my phone. The sound quality is as good as Plantronics. Same with the mic. For the price I paid I am extremely satisfied. Just a short edit: since I bought this headset I never charged it and I used it for many hours. The sound is impressive and it last forever. I'm very happy I bought it.

I got this headset for my job. It does pretty well except for the fact that it randomly says "disconnected" but doesn't actually disconnect, the sound just goes out for a minute which is not good for my meetings..

These are very reasonably priced headphones. I tried them for the first time today and no headache from being tight, I could hear please clearly, they bc oils hear me that they can hear background noise. This has been a game charger because I don’t have to deal with the annoying cord. Definitely worth the purchase!
