I purchased this pneumatic cylinder coupled with their a 5-way, foot operated actuator to replace the manual toggle clamp on my pocket hole jig, something I had only seen on an online video. This unit arrived late due to the carrier losing it and not Amazon, but once I got it, it was packaged very well. It's a solid, heavy unit with well machined parts and provides a solid extension at 100 psi that holds the work piece better than the original clamp. I've ordered another, longer stroke Tailonz cylinder for other clamping projects.

Needed more volume with a shorter stroke. These cylinders are durable, well made, just wish the clevis thread wasn’t so huge. 10/10

Other than a test to check function, I haven't used it yet. I'm designing a small pneumatic press, using the SC100x125 cylinder. One bit of clarification on the dimensions, as I've been awaiting the cylinder to actually get a measurement, is that the "+trip" bit on the dimensions picture, indicates the stroke. In other words, the cylinder body length measurement, for the cylinder in question is shown as "AC+Trip" with AC shown as 113mm. No mention of what "trip" is, but from my measurements of the cylinder, "trip" is equal to the strok of the cylinder, in my case 125mm, so the measurement I needed was actually 238mm(9-3/8" on the dot)

I made a portable can crusher using 3d printed parts I designed in CAD. It uses a lever solenoid valve which I also did a review on. I was concerned as most of the ones sold online have thicker shafts and didn't think this would effectively crush a can, but at full adjusted stroke this thing smashes them down to a about 3/8" to 1/2" which is more than acceptable. Overall the system works great with the lever and hose all bought on Amazon, for around $50 and some of my time designing and printing cheap parts.
