I like it! Using with car seat adapter.
I was hesitant to buy because of the bad reviews about it tipping over when stroller is empty. I’ve been using with an infant car seat attached to the stroller so it’s never truly been empty and the baby is usually in that car seat while we use this is seams really sturdy. I like how once you get the things on over the wheels the bar part can be removed and slid out with a push of a button for when not using. Or if the toddler hops off while using you can hook it up so you don’t kick it while walking. My toddler is 2.5 and says “it’s fun!” There were no instructions on how to install but I figured it out you just put the wheel covers on first, they go around the wheels and snap on and then the pole part slides on and clicks into place.

Avoid if you don’t like attention
We got about 100 comments in the airport from people who thought this was the coolest thing! It’s easy to install, and once the child is on it’s so helpful. Cons: terrible for travel…when the stroller is folded, the piggyback board just hangs off. You have to detach it if you want to gate check and just carry the board around. Also if you take your child out of the stroller, the child on the board will fall because the stroller will tip over backwards. 5/5 idea 4/4 execution

Exactly what you hope for
This product is exactly as I hoped. Easy to put on and take off, a very smooth ride, it tucks up nicely when not in use, it stands off to the side so it’s easy to walk with the stroller while my toddler is on it, and it looks great. We get comments and compliments nonstop. The only thing to be careful of is that the person holding the stroller always has to have a good hold on it when the board is in use because the weight of the toddler getting in and off the board can cause the stroller to tip backwards.

Do not recommend for tall parents or travel
Bought this for my 4 year old to ride on for our Europe trip. I liked the idea but it definitely makes it hard to walk when he is on it. He can tip it over with my two year old in it so I have to stay close. Lost the strap and they do NOT offer a replacement strap. Does NOT fit into overhead compartment with the board. You have to snap it off and put it in separately.

Not functional like other boards
The piggyback board for the minu V2 was very poorly designed. I'm giving it 3 stars because it is high quality, seems durable and was very easy to attach, but that's where the positives end. I was using the board with my 14 lb infant in the mesa V2 infant seat attached with adapters. When my 45 lbmkingergartener rode on the piggy back, it would tip the front of the stroller if we walked too fast. I could probably live with this inconvenience but then I realize that when the stroller folds, the board sticks out at the bottom parallel to the rest of the folded stroller. This makes it really awkward for loading in to the car. You can technically flip the board the other way but then it flops down and hits you on your leg when you unload the stroller. I previously used the Vista V2 piggyback and that one was designed in a much more useful and practical way. I am so disappointed in the Minu piggyback, I really wanted to like it but unfortunately I will be returning it.

Critical to the UppaBaby Ecosystem
With two children (one toddler and one newborn), this is the perfect accessory for the older child. It’s built in classic UppaBaby premium sturdiness, durability, and precision. The folding feature really helps with portability and it gives the toddler a fun and safe place to stand for both long and short stroller walks. Absolutely critical for those in the UppaBaby ecosystem and with more than one child.

works but has issues
I currently own the minu v1 and was very excited when they released this since now I have 2 kids. install is very simple and easy, that adapters clip on with no issue. The problem is, they're just as easy to come off... There's a simple clip that holds the adapters in place and because of this, they unclip all the time, I actually lost one and am contact uppababy to see if they. have a replacement or else I can use the piggy back at all. Another issue is you HAVE to have a child in the minu before you have the 2nd child use the piggy back. without a child sitting in the minu, there's no counter-weight meaning the child on the piggy back will fall backwards. this mean, do NOT ever let the child use the piggy back alone or else it becomes a hazard and is very dangerous. You do use the compact size of the minu but that's expected. it can still fold up with the piggyback on but the piggyback sticks out. you have to walk on the side of the minu because the piggyback takes up all the walking space, a bit awkward in the beginning but manageable. the actually product is very sturdy and heavy, supports my 3YO fine and she likes riding it.

Game changer for a 2 and 4 year old
Now that my 2 year old is too big for me "wear" in a baby carrier, I was in search of a solution that would be compatible with our Minu stroller, especially for travel. I was a bit concerned about the product because of earlier reviews but it works really well. It attaches and unattaches easily (read the instructions and practice before you travel). Both my 4 year old and 2 year old are able to use the piggyback and take turns sitting in the seat. It requires the person pushing the stroller to walk on the right side but that tradeoff is more than worth it because I love that we have finally ditched our big 2 seater stroller. We used the piggyback in the airport with ease and now we use it everywhere we go. The minu fits in the overhead bin but you will need to remove the piggyback and fold in the front wheels of the Minu to flaten it. Pro tip: the strap that holds up the piggyback when not in use is very handy but it can come off easily. Either remove it when not in use or secure it with a velcro strap such as the Uma Baby stroller hook. We use one Uma Baby strap with carabiner hook to hold a bag on the right side of the stroller and the other to secure the strap on the left side. Attach the strap low enough on the stroller that you can fold the stroller with the piggyback still attached.

Wish I bought this sooner
My 3 year old rode this all over our five day trip to NYC. We’ve used it out and about as needed. Definitely worth the buy!
