Worked really well when I stalling curtain rods and shelf brackets. The ratcheting system works well.

I bought this to reach an awkwardly placed hose clamp screw on a diesel heater. But now that I have it I discovered that it's a great convenience for other situations as well. Well built, a bright orange to keep from misplacing it and much easier on the wrist that a typical screwdriver.

I've given this 4 stars for only one reason... Many similar products (and updated versions in this ad) have a hex hole in the bottom of the handle so it can be used as a normal screwdriver. This one has silly hole in the handle itself for what purpose totally escapes me???? I keep tools in a tool box not clipped to my belt or dangling off my wrist. It's a lightweight tool, easy grip and comfortable handle. Looks and feels well built. I haven't had any problems with torque but I have to emphasize I haven't tried putting 50lbs torque on tightening although I've used some pressure to remove and re-tighten screws. The direction switch isn't obtrusive and feels solidly locked in place when used. Tool works great and for the price, I highly recommend. Would have just preferred the hex hole in the handle base like everyone else.

Bien que certains avis décrivent cette clé comme un gadget peu solide, utilisable une seule fois, pour ma part, cet outil m’a déjà servi à plusieurs reprises pour fixer des supports et des étagères avec une efficacité déconcertante. Le couple de serrage est plutôt élevé : j’ai pu visser et dévissé des visses, vissé il y a quelques temps avec une visseuse / dévisseuse électrique équipé d'une rallonge flexible La clé est bien conçue, et l’aimant est suffisamment puissant pour retenir efficacement les embouts, même orientée vers le bas. Il est vrai que cette clé Made in China (Shenzhen) n’a sans doute pas été fabriquée dans le même alliage que les modèles professionnels, mais elle fait parfaitement le travail qu’on lui demande. À 5,99 €, je ne regrette absolument pas cet achat. En résumé : une clé à cliquet efficace, bien pensée, robuste et indispensable - petite, mais costaud !
