Push gently in between your teeth near to the gums. If you try and force these brushes they break off in between your teeth. They are then quite difficult to remove - so be careful. However, they do a wonderful job of removing food and debris that has got in under your gums which is essential for retaining healthy teeth and gums. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easier to use than floss. *by M***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 September 2021* My dentist gave me a pack recently. I tried them and find them to be more effective than floss, especially around the pre molars and molars. There are different colour coded sizes. I have since bought two sizes. They really do remove food debris and plaque from between your teeth. The longer handled ones with the brush at a right angle to the handle are especially good. I use three sizes of brush, this size (smallest I use) for my anterior (front) teeth, the red brushes around my back teeth and for one particular area around a crown, a blue brush (the largest size I use).
