A device that works..., for me. *by M***S on 7 November 2024* I have tried a RPI (tricky & unreliable), Asus AC-88U (slow, max 44 MB/s OVPN only) for my VPN. Stumbled upon this and thought I would give it a try. Perfect for me. Connection via Ethernet from my SKY modem/router, enabled VPN client on device (Mullvad), any that supports Wireguard or OVPN (will be slower though) will do and connected to my ASUS router via Ethernet & Bob's your uncle, it works. Speeds from 250 MB/s (using the Asus as the WiFi router) via WiFi up to 450 MB/s via Ethernet. I only have a 500 MB/s line. I am over the moon with this device as it delivers all I need for my house needs.
