Is it supposed to do this, how do you know if its on full or not?** A: Hi, yes this is normal, I believe it is a digital style switch so only turns the power up and down when the machine is running. If you turn the tool on and then adjust roller switch you will here the motor slowing down or speeding up. It remembers the speed you set once switched off etc. It is a brilliant tool, been using mine for the last 9 months solid and it has not let me down. Anyone who uses borrows it always compliments how great it is compared to the competition.
